How long will my item take to arrive? – 2-3 working days from when the order is placed. You will be provided with a tracking number for the courier company.
How do I set up the tracker once it arrives? – All trackers supplied come unlocked and ready to go – you can download the Quick start manual on the Downloads page.
How do I activate the sim provided? – Sims supplied by APTracking are active and topped up for 5 years, ready for plug and play usage.
I’m having issues connecting my device to the software? – For any connection issues between hardware and software please contact our support line.
My device arrived damaged or is not working correctly what can I do? – If a device arrives damaged or seems to be working incorrectly then please contact our support line ASAP and we will arrange for a new device to be sent out.
